Delete your Orbikel account
If you want your Orbikel account and associated app data deleted, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to orbikel.dev@gmail.com from the same email address used on your Orbikel account.
- Use the subject line
Delete my Orbikel account. - In the body of the email, include the email address of the account you want deleted and confirm that you want the account removed.
What is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, Orbikel may delete or schedule deletion of:
- your account profile and sign-in association,
- to-dos, projects, notes, habits, budgets, work data, and related synced content,
- attachments or uploaded files associated with your account where applicable,
- settings and app preferences linked to your account, and
- other personal productivity data stored specifically for your use of the app.
What may be retained
Orbikel may keep limited records for a period of time where required for:
- tax, billing, or financial recordkeeping,
- security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution,
- legal compliance, law enforcement requests, or regulatory obligations, and
- short backup and recovery windows needed to safely operate the service.
Processing time
Orbikel aims to review account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. Some backups or legally required records may persist longer even after the main account data is removed.
