Orbikel data safety summary

This page summarizes the main data-handling and security points for Orbikel in plain language.

What Orbikel may collect

Account information such as email address and profile details.
User-created content such as tasks, notes, habits, budgets, and work data.
Attachments you choose to upload, such as to-do images, Haven Pets companion/gallery/medical bill photos, Wardrobe item photos, or feedback screenshots.
Subscription status needed to manage premium access.
Limited app activity or diagnostics data for product quality and support.

Accountability buddy is optional. A connected buddy may see your display name plus habit name, icon, and completion ticks only for habits you switch on.
They do not see your email, photos, notes, or unshared habits.
Either person can disconnect. This is not sharing with advertisers or data brokers.
Shared spaces (partner or roommate) and shared work lists (colleague) are optional and invite-only (share code, max 4 members). Members of a list you create or join can see the task text, completion status, and due dates of that list's tasks, plus each member's display name. Personal and Work To-Do stay private and are not part of any shared list. This is not sharing with advertisers or data brokers.

To create and manage your account.
To sync your data between signed-in devices.

Data sent from the app is intended to be encrypted in transit.
Some data may also be stored locally on-device to support sign-in and offline-friendly behavior.
Photos/media access is requested only if you choose to attach an image within the app (to-dos, Haven Pets, Wardrobe) or to a feedback report.
Feedback screenshots may be viewed by the Orbikel team to understand and resolve the issue reported.
Some utilities may request optional device sensor access when you use those features.
